Terry has been in active practice since 1987 and was admitted in Washington in 1989. A seasoned litigator, he has tried hundreds of cases in front of judges and juries, and serves as a pro-tem judge.
Terry and his wife raised their three sons in Lake Forest Park.
As a trial lawyer Terry enjoys coaching the Mock Trial teams at O’Dea High School, where he helped introduce the program in 2014 and has headed up attorney coaching ever since.
Outside of the law, Terry is active in Seattle’s Irish community and teaches Ireland’s national sport of Gaelic football in high school PE programs throughout the Seattle area. He was honored in 2015 to welcome the President of Ireland to his classes at Skyline High School.
